Welcome to Agencyora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, directory services, and creator dashboards. By registering an account or listing an agency, you agree to comply with these terms.

Listing Guidelines

Agency owners must provide accurate descriptions, real service categories, and correct founder information. Fake details will result in moderation bans.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any logos and case studies you upload. You grant Agencyora the license to display them publicly in the directory.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Agencyora directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Registration and Directory Listings

To list or claim an agency on Agencyora, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to review, edit, moderate, or reject any agency listing submission or claim at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. User-Generated Content Rules

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use and authorize the publication of any content you upload, including agency logos, taglines, descriptions, and URLs.

You agree NOT to post any content that:

  • Is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of any third party.
  • Contains malicious software, scripts, tracking pixels, or viruses.
  • Is intended to spam, scrape, or harvest other agency listings.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Agencyora compiles public information and user-submitted data about service agencies. We do not verify individual business credentials, financial records, or work quality. The directory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Agencyora shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your hire, contract, or relationship with any agency listed on the platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the website, disable your user account, or delete your agency listing for any violation of these Terms or policy guidelines.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be resolved in courts located in Gujarat, India.
