1 Our Core Content Philosophy: Value First, Pitch Never

Every article published on AgencyOra should read like a confidential consulting brief or an engineering post-mortem. We write for informed decision-makers — CTOs, CMOs, Product Heads, and Procurement Officers who evaluate and hire external digital partners.

Articles that explain "Why choose our agency" or rehash generic definitions (e.g. "What is Web Development?") will be rejected immediately. Articles that reveal practical pricing trade-offs, architecture decisions, vetting scorecards, or migration blueprints are enthusiastically approved and featured.

2 What We Accept vs. What Gets Declined

What We Enthusiastically Approve:
  • ✓ Original Case Studies with Metrics: Real project budgets, delivery timelines, tech stack trade-offs, and verified business outcomes.
  • ✓ Architecture & Tech Radar: In-depth technical comparisons (e.g. Next.js App Router vs Laravel Inertia, AWS ECS vs Kubernetes).
  • ✓ RFP & Scoping Blueprints: Practical advice on how clients can accurately budget and avoid scope creep with software agencies.
  • ✓ Contract & SLA Negotiation Guides: IP ownership clauses, bug warranty windows, and offshore hiring caveats.
What Gets Declined:
  • ✗ Direct Sales Pitches: Articles written solely to pitch your services without standalone educational value.
  • ✗ Raw, Unedited AI Output: Generic ChatGPT summaries lacking original perspective, real data, or engineering nuance.
  • ✗ Link Stuffing & SEO Farms: Inserting more than 2 hyperlinks, keyword manipulation, or non-contextual anchor texts.
  • ✗ Duplicate / Syndicated Content: Copy pasted verbatim from Medium, LinkedIn, or your existing agency blog.

3 Technical & Formatting Specifications

1. Substantive Length

The platform strictly enforces a minimum of 5,000 characters of readable text (~800 to 1,200 words) and a maximum of 30,000 characters. Submissions with short or superficial content are automatically blocked by the editor.

2. Maximum 2 Links Policy

Authors may include up to 2 relevant links. One may point to your agency profile or case study; the other may point to an authoritative reference or open-source tool. Extra links will trigger a validation error. All outbound links render with rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow".

3. Structure & Readability

Use Headings (H2 for main sections, H3 for sub-points), short paragraphs (2–4 sentences), bullet lists, and code blocks where relevant. Avoid monolithic walls of unbroken text.

4. Featured Cover Image

High-resolution 16:9 editorial banner (recommended 1200 × 675 px). Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (max 5MB). Images must be clean, uncluttered, and free of gaudy sales badges.

4 Target Buyer Journey Stages

During submission, you can tag your article to a specific stage in the client hiring cycle. This helps buyers filter and discover your framework based on their current purchase intent:

Stage 1: Scope & Budgeting Cost breakdowns, team composition estimates, fixed vs. hourly pricing comparisons, and milestone structures.
Stage 2: Vetting & Shortlisting Questions to ask technical founders, portfolio verification tactics, red flags in pitches, and agency comparison matrices.
Stage 3: Contract & SLA Negotiations Service level agreements, code repository escrow, maintenance retainer definitions, and milestone sign-off criteria.
Stage 4: Tech Radar & Architecture Framework benchmarks, cloud infrastructure trade-offs, headless CMS migrations, and enterprise API designs.

5 Plan Quotas & Anti-Spam Velocity Limits

Membership Plan Monthly Article Quota Max Pending At Once Weekly Publish Cap
Free Community 1 Thought Leadership Article (Lifetime) 1 Pending 1 per week
Starter Plan 3 Articles / month 2 Pending 2 per week
Pro Enterprise 6 Articles / month 3 Pending 2 per week

* Note: The global limit of 2 published articles per agency per week ensures no single agency dominates the feed, preserving equal visibility across the community.

6 Editorial Review SLA & Feedback Cycle

Every article undergoes human editorial inspection before being published on AgencyOra. Our standard turnaround window is 3 business days.

Approved & Live The article is published on the Playbook feed, assigned reading time, indexed in XML sitemaps, and surfaced with your agency branding.
Revisions Requested The article returns to your draft queue with editorial notes (e.g. asking for metrics or formatting cleanup). You can adjust and resubmit.
Declined / Rejected Articles that violate core spam, length, or link rules are rejected with written feedback. Rejected articles do not consume lifetime quotas.
