We collect information you provide directly to us when registering or managing an agency listing, including your email address, agency name, descriptions, founder details, team size, hourly rates, technologies, and services.

Additionally, we automatically collect basic analytics data, such as page views and traffic patterns, to compile directory metrics and statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Publish and maintain your public agency listings in our directory.
  • Provide, personalize, and optimize our directory display and search algorithms.
  • Validate ownership claims and prevent unauthorized listing adjustments.
  • Communicate updates, newsletter subscriptions, or moderation reviews.

3. Sharing and Disclosing Information

Agencyora is a public directory. All details added to your agency listing (such as your services, technologies, ratings, tagline, and contact email) will be visible to the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your private account credentials (like hashed passwords or private session tokens) to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Security Measures

We execute premium security standards to protect your private credentials. Supabase handles session encryption and secures the database through Row Level Security (RLS) policies. However, please note that no transmission of data over the internet is completely risk-free.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You have full access to edit or remove your agency listing details at any time from your Dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire user account, please contact us directly through the Support channel.
